We take delivery as seriously as we take our design and production and we want to make it as transparent as possible.


Shipping is included in all prices, no surprises at checkout!

Our free shipping pricing applies to orders within the continental North America. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii as it will have to be by air. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or US territories.

The are no customs or duties on shipments to the US on shipments up to US$800 per order per day.


Check current lead times in each product description. Shipping times are 2-4 business days for East Coast and 4-7 business days for Mid or West Coast Canada and US. All furniture is shipped with UPS or FedEx and is tracked and insured. 


If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us before the item is dispatched to you. If you need to update your delivery address once your order is already on its way, you will be charged a rerouting fee.

If you change your mind completely, we understand. As long as you cancel your order before it has left our shop, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order once it has left our shop, you will be responsible for the shipping and return-shipping charges. 



We want you to be super happy with your new furniture. This is why we offer a 30 day return policy. We understand that sometimes a piece does not fit as expected so if you decide that you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to help.

To start your return process, get in touch with a member of our team. They will set you up with everything you need for the return. All you need to do is send it back to us within 30 days, once we get the piece back, we will process your return and issue a full refund.

When we ship our products, we pack them very carefully to avoid shipping damage. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging, we can assist with the re packing process.

We are only able to accept returned product in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.


Custom orders are non refundable unless we believe we can re sell it ourselves.


We package all products extremely well but sometimes delivery companies don't care as much as we do about our furniture! If you notice the box looks badly damaged upon receipt, take some photos of the damage before opening it. When you open it, if there is damage on the furniture take some photos and send them in straight away and we will get to work on a replacement for you. Please don't discard the packaging.


Our manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
