Shipping, Hassle Free Returns & Warranty
We take delivery as seriously as we take our design and production and we want to make it as transparent as possible.
Shipping is included in all prices, no surprises at checkout!
Our free shipping pricing applies to orders within the continental North America. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as it will be by air. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
The are no customs, duties or any tax to the US on shipments up to US$800 per order per day.
Check current lead times in each product description. Shipping times are 2-4 business days for East Coast and 4-7 business days for Mid or West Coast Canada and US. All furniture is shipped with UPS, FedEx or Canpar and is tracked and insured. Delivery times are estimates and delays can occur, normally its never 3-4 days later than estimated.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change the delivery address for your order, get in touch before its on the way to you as it will cause delays and additional charges.
If you change your mind completely, no worries, try and cancel your order before it has left our shop and you'll receive a full refund. If cancellation is after this you will need to pay for return shipping.
30 DAY RETURNS
We want you to be beyond satisfied with your new furniture so we offer a 30 day return policy. Sometimes a piece does not fit as expected so if you decide that you're not satisfied with your purchase we want to help in every way possible.
First get in touch with a member of our team and we'll assist with any issues you are having. If you wish to return your piece we'll get you set up with a return label and suitable pick up time.
Shipping furniture is expensive, to reduce waste and to keep offering free shipping, returns are free for smaller items and there is a nominal return fee for larger items:
- Small: Up to 20" wide - FREE
- Medium; 21” to 30” wide - FREE
- Large: 31” to 45” wide - $69 per box (MIRA is 2 boxes)
- Extra large: 46” and up - $129
The returns must be in original packaging and we will help with steps to re-pack the piece.
Any returned pieces must be in as new condition.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We package all products extremely well but sometimes delivery companies don't care as much as we do about our furniture. If you notice the box looks badly damaged upon receipt, take some photos of the damage before opening it and send it to us.
When you open it, if there is damage on the furniture take some photos and send them to us straight away and we'll get to work on a replacement for you. Please don't discard the packaging.
Our manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery.
